Without backups, you’re likely to lose your work.
DaVinci Resolve includes a built in project backup feature that can help you from losing your data! It’s certainly helped me a few times.
The options are fairly simple and you’ll be able to choose how often to backup, how many backups to keep, and where to save them.
I recommend saving them to a different drive than your databases so that one is safe if the other fails.
In this video from Blackmagic Design, you’ll learn about:
- How to setup project backups
- Setting your backup schedule and parameters
- Loading a backup
- Opening the backup
