If you’re a fan of not losing your work, backups are your friend.
Resolve saves everything into a database and you’ll need to know how to back it up for those just-in-case moments.
It’s a good idea to do this regularly, and it’s a great idea to do it just before upgrading between versions of DaVinci Resolve.
With each new release, databases get upgraded which can’t be undone. So if you ever need to go back to a previous version, then backups are your only hope.
In this video from Digital Vector Studios, you’ll learn:
- The importance of backuos
- Where to backup your databases
- How to see more data about each db.
- Adding a new database
Have you backed up your databases lately? Go do it now!
