Want to have your video follow a fixed point on your subject?
This is an effect somewhat similar to using a snorricam on set which has become popular for various projects, but you can do this in post!
In this video from Jamie Fenn, you’ll learn about:
- Adding a planar tracker
- Configuring your tracker
- Stabilizing the footage
- Adding a transform node to avoid exposing the edge
A pretty cool effect, and useful for music videos, gaming videos, or anything where you want to stabilize a part of the footage.
It’s up to you! Have fun with it and let me know the creative uses you have for this effect.
