The depth map tool is an exciting new addition to Resolve 18 that allows you to isolate objects in your video based on how close or far they are. The neural engine works it’s magic to figure out what’s close, you move a few sliders, and then you have a ready-to-use mask for doing all sorts of sweet effects.
