Need an image to move? Your video to zoom in? Text to fly out? The key to making anything move in DaVinci Resolve… keyframes.
A keyframe is sort of marker on a particular frame of your video where you’ve specified some sort of setting.
When you set another keyframe with different settings later, Resolve will interpolate — figure out what to do — in between.
So you can set a keyframe where you want something to start animating, and another where you want things to end up.
In this video from MrAlexTech, you’ll learn about:
- Displaying transform controls
- Viewing the transform controls in the inspector
- Setting a keyframe for a specific control
- Navigating to next/previous keyframes
- Animating another parameter
- Ease-in and Ease-out animation
