Video Village announced this week that their popular mac-only film emulation plugin for Resolve, Filmbox, is now available for Windows and Linux.
Filmbox is a tool for “holistic reproduction of photochemical motion picture imaging.”
Simply put, it lets you apply characteristics of film to your digital images.
You can choose from color rendering, halation, grain, gate weave, and more in an easy-to-use interface.
If you haven’t tried it out, there is a free version available on the website.
In honor of the new OS releases, licenses are on sale for 20-60% off.
Sale is available until February 7, 2023.
